The apartments are situated within a small holiday complex with swimming pool. The owners consist of Turkish families from Istanbul, Ankara and from Switzerland who spend their summer holidays there.

The overall atmosphere is a quiet and private one. There is no noise from the street or the beach and no moisture from the sea during the autumn months.

All apartments have ground level entrances without steps. Since the area is adequately protected from the sun, neither day nor night temperatures can rise to extremes.

For individual tourists, the best time to travel is between May and June and between September and October.
